Just growing with the flow, Exploring through times, head to toe.
My name is Revati and I’m a professional dancer, choreographer, teacher, movement artist and a certified yoga trainer who did her Bachelors in commerce and business but held onto her childhood passion of dancing. I have trained in various styles and techniques like classical contemporary, modern, street jazz, jazz, hip-hop, ballet and I feel being an Indian, Bollywood just comes naturally.

Apart from that, I have performed for dance shows like Ten Heads Festival, Chrysalis, Parallel Conversation, danced and choreographed for commercials like subway, Raymonds, a series on Discovery kids, clothing brand named Ekaya Banaras, choreographed for Netflix series named Sacred Games season 2 and a Bollywood feature film named ‘Sharmaji Namkeen’. Performing and choreographing whether it’s on-stage or on-screen, really interests me.
I really enjoy sharing and teaching whatever I know from this vast array of knowledge that is open to us. Whether it has been getting corporates off their desk to shake a leg or taking dance workshops for people wanting to train or its teaching all those seasonal dancers who come out during wedding season. Whether you’re Indian or not, you know how big Indian weddings can be and I enjoy choreographing the bride and groom first dance, all the aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. It’s filled with emotions, fun, excitement, stories, themes and a lot of drama.
Each day, be it in school, at a wedding, on stage or in a studio, I am grateful for the rhythm I feel in my bones. I am constantly reassured that this is exactly what I am meant to do and am grateful for all that dance and movement bring my way.
